Myrrh essential oil has incredible anti-cancer potential. In a 2013 Study, cancer cell death was higher than other tested groups including even Frankincense. “Previous studies have shown that Myrrh exhibits cytotoxic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, anti parasitic and hypolipidemic activities.”
These studies and more can be viewed here.
Myrrh and Frankincense are a potent combination to not only fight cancer but many other conditions as well. Both are known to increase white blood cell counts and help in healing of wounds.
We use a moisturizing body lotion that we made at home. Both are infused with Frankincense, Myrrh, and Lavender. Adding Black Spruce, Cedarwood or Lemongrass instead of Lavender also works great.
We also diffuse Myrrh with Frankincense on a regular basis. We often will add Cinnamon, Clove, Cassia, and Cedarwood.
Safety Info: Do not use during pregnancy as Myrrh can be harmful to the fetus. Do not use if you have any blood sugar conditions. Diabetics should not use.
