Because we offer our products at the best prices possible, all of our oils and diffusers are final sale unless there is a serious product flaw/issue. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns! We will be sure to make it right. Please note that everyone’s personal preferences vary, and disliking a scent would not be considered a product flaw.
Shipping Policy
To keep things simple, we offer flat rate shipping of $15 to Canadian provinces on all orders. This means that the more you buy, the more you save! With increasing fuel, shipping, and product costs, we felt that this was the best way to provide good value to our customers while balancing that with the business’ needs. For orders to the USA, there is a FedEx flat rate of $30. For other international orders, we may be able to ship to you on a case-by-case scenario, so please contact us to find out if we can ship to your area.
For some of our local customers in Calgary, Alberta & Airdrie, Alberta, as well as some other surrounding areas, our staff are able to deliver your purchase within 48 hours. This quick delivery service is available for orders over $125. Feel free to contact us to find out if your location would qualify.
