Grapefruit essential oil, like all citrus oils, is a bright & refreshing oil extracted from the skin of the fruit. It is widely regarded for its skin health benefits and is often used in soaps, massage blends, aromatherapy, and skincare formulations. When applied topically, Grapefruit essential oil can promote healthy-looking skin and reduce the look of cellulite over time.

Mix 3 drops Grapefruit oil, 2 drops Rosemary and 1 drop Juniper berry combined with a tablespoon of a carrier oil (such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, or avocado oil) which can then be applied daily to areas of concern.
Medicinally it has been used successfully to enhance lymphatic drainage. Use 2 drops mixed with a teaspoon of carrier oil and rub into the neck area.
Most people find Grapefruit oil to have a very pleasing scent, which brings an uplifting mood boost and lowers anxiety. It is great diffused with other citrus oils.
